Project Description
The project was developed in two stages:
- Stage 1. Preliminary design - creation of 3D models of shopping and entertainment mall for the presentation to the customer and public hearing at the City Hall.
- Stage 2. Development of detailed design documentation in T-FLEX CAD using parametric libraries of parts.
To create the photo-realistic images of the resulting model the special library of materials was developed that takes into account the corporate style of the customer buildings. For presentation purposes models of adjacent residential buildings were also created. The resulting materials were successfully used to demonstrate the project at the public hearing.
The project was completed in a short time, passed the state checks, received approval, and was implemented.
3D model of the shopping mall has more than 13,000 bodies.
