NC-controlled Turning/milling Machine with Linear Tooling
Educational Institution: Bauman Moscow State Technical University Project description: NC-controlled turning/milling machine with linear tooling is presented at competition. The main feature of this machine is a substandard design that provides high ruggedness in comparison with the other models. Also it allows replacing the working tool and rotating it in horizontal plane. Tool has its own actuator. All these features provide possibility to use this machine in single-part or short-part production. Complex drawings of machine parts were designed within this project. Special method was applied to accelerate drawing creation.
