Project Description
This project was designed, produced and installed on-site for one of the russian oil refineries. The unit is used for petrol vapour recovery at automotive petrol production site. It consists of horizontal steel tank, adsorbers, adsorption column, piping, shutoff and control valves, control and automation equipment.
This model utilizes parametrization abilities of the T-FLEX CAD to full extent. All assembly units have full sets of drawings and BoMs for manufacturing. 3D models of all parts and units (including control and automation devices) are detailed as much as possible. T-FLEX CAD material and standard parts libraries are also used to full extent as well as custom parts and prototypes based on library elements.
