Personalized Menus and Toolbars

The group contains parameters defining the way the textual menus are displayed:

Always show full menus

By default, this checkbox is enabled. Otherwise the T‑FLEX CAD textual menu are displayed in a shortened version, hiding the menu items which have not been used for a long time.

Show full menus after a short delay
This checkbox is available only when the Always show full menu option is disabled. By default, the checkbox is enabled, so the full version of the textual menu is displayed automatically, after holding the cursor for some short time over the DoubleDownChevron10x10 Expand button located at the bottom of the menu. If the checkbox is disabled, expanding the menu takes pressing the buttons with mouse left

Reset

The button cancels all changes made in the settings of the standard toolbars by the user.

Other

The group contains the following parameters:

Ribbon Mode
Allows to switch between ribbon and textual interfaces.

Icons size
The size of the buttons and icons in various system panels. You can select Small (16x16 pixels), Medium (24x24 pixels) and Large (32x32 pixels) icons from the drop-down list.

This parameters affects different panels in different ways:

The appearance of buttons in the Ribbon is not affected by this option. Instead, it should be customized individually for each button, using the Style item of buttons's contextual menu.

In the tool windows, system toolbar, textual menu, help drop-down menu, system customization drop-down menu, page tabs, document tabs and various contextual menus the small icons are always used.

The Main toolbar supports all three options, if names of commands are not displayed below the icons. Otherwise, large buttons are always used. Moreover, when the icons size is set to small in the toolbars customization dialog, you can make an exclusion for the main toolbar by enabling the Large icons checkbox in its display options. In such case the main toolbar will use medium icons instead of the small ones.

The 3D Model Tree toolbar in 3D window, the Filters toolbar, the split window toolbar use small icons, not only when the Small option is selected, but also when the Medium option is selected. Selecting the Large option results in using medium icons.

The View toolbar within the ribbon interface layout, and the Automenu, the editing in assembly context toolbar and the closing active drawing view toolbar within any interface layout use small icons, when the Small option is selected, and medium icons, when either the Medium or the Large option is selected.

The Dynamic toolbar and other instrumental toolbars support all available icon sizes.
