Select Other Element in Drawing

Automenu of various 2D elements editing and creation commands may contain the following option:

It may be activated after selecting an element for editing or for creating a new element based on the selected one. Activate this option, in order to sequentially switch selection between elements of the same type as the initially selected element belonging to the active view or current drawing page. Selection is performed in ascending order of distance from the cursor position. If initial selection includes multiple elements of different types, the option takes all these types into account. Construction lines and graphic lines are the types, that integrate all corresponding lines, regardless of their geometrical shape. I.e., upon selecting, for instance, a straight sketch line segment, the option will switch selection between all graphic lines, including circles, arcs, ellipses, splines.
