The list of graphs is accessed via the command:
Icon |
Ribbon |
---|---|
Parameters > Tools > Graphs |
|
Keyboard |
Textual Menu |
<PL> |
Parameters > Graphs |
The command invokes the dialog containing the list of all graphs existing in the current document.
To create a new graph, use the Create Graph… button. When creating a new graph, you are prompted to select the connection type of the graph nodes: by a spline (a smooth curve), by a polyline or by function. A newly created graph is empty. It is assigned its own name – "Graph_1", "Graph_2" etc. If desired, the user can modify the graph name using the button Rename or in the graph properties dialog.
The buttons Delete and Delete All serve to delete existing graphs from the current document.
When working with graph editor in a view window, you can directly create a graph of the desired type using the following commands without invoking the list of graphs:

Ribbon |

Graphs > Create Graph > Polyline |

Ribbon |
---|---|
Graphs > Create Graph > Smooth Curve |
Icon |
Ribbon |
---|---|
Graphs > Create Graph > Function |

Graphs > Create Graph > From File |
The latter command imports a graph of any type from an external file of the *.tflaw format.
