The command is also available in the contextual menu invoked by pressing over an empty space of 2D window.
In 2D window the command is always available and allows to modify width and height of the current page (of any type) and its position in relation to page coordinate system. When changing width and height using this command, they are also being changed in document parameters (Document Parameters > Page > Paper > Paper Size). When changing dimensions and position of a workplane in 2D window, the dimension and position of such workplane in 3D scene also being changed. Changing dimensions and position of a worksurface in 2D window doesn't affect dimensions and position of such worksurface in 2D scene.
In 3D window the command is available, only when a workplane or worksurface is selected or active. In such case, calling the Page Size command launches the Change Size and Position command.
Upon calling the command, the contour of the current page gets highlighted in red and square markers appear at key points of the contour. If pointed to a corner marker, the mouse cursor changes to . It can be dragged now with the left mouse button depressed, modifying the diagonal size of the contour. If pointed to a side center marker, the mouse cursor changes to and can be dragged now with the left mouse button depressed, modifying the vertical or horizontal size of the contour. If pointed inside the contour, the mouse cursor changes to and can be dragged now with the left mouse button depressed, modifying the contour position.

This option invokes the dialog, where you can set X and Y coordinates of two opposite corners of the page contour.
