Folders

Colors Catalog

Path to folder that contains colors catalogs. For example, the colors are used to create color-based materials and set colors on the Colors tab.

Macros

Path to folder, which content will be displayed in the Macros window.

Fonts

Path to folder in which the files of description of SHX fonts are located. If necessary, the user can select the fonts which are not from the standard folder.

Templates

Template Folder

Path to folder of prototypes, whose content is added to the list of prototypes to be used for creating a new document.

As long, as there are no custom prototypes in the system, the value of this parameter corresponds to the folder of default prototypes supplied with T-FLEX CAD. This folder is always located within the T-FLEX CAD installation folder (by default it is C:\Program Files\T-FLEX Parametric CAD 17\Program\Template). If you specify a different folder manually, default prototypes will remain in their folder, and the content of the manually specified folder will be treated as custom prototypes to be displayed either instead of default prototypes, or in addition to them, depending on the status of the Add Default Templates checkbox (see below).
If folder wasn't specified manually, then, upon creating any custom prototype, the value of this parameter changes automatically to the default location of custom prototypes folder - C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Top Systems\T-FLEX CAD 3D 17\Eng\Template.

The list is used by several commands. The information on the list can be found in the description of the SaveAsProto20x02 Save as Prototype command.

Specifying a folder of custom prototypes here doesn't affect the Drawing, Assembly Drawing, 3D Model, 3D Assembly, Sheet Metal Part and Import commands. Prototypes to be used by these commands are specified individually (see Options > Files > Templates).

Add Default Templates

If a custom folder specified as the Template Folder, then this checkbox defines, whether custom prototypes will be displayed in the list instead of standard ones or along with them.

Handling of Templates Name Conflict

Defines how to handle name conflicts between default files and files from user's folder.

Structural elements

Types Catalog

Path to folder which content will be displayed in the Editor of structure elements types.
