After launching of T-FLEX CAD the dialog box Start Page opens up.
It is split into several sections:
Contents of each section and methods of enabling/disabling the display of the Start Page are described below.
In the section Recent Documents a list of recently used documents is shown. To open any of these documents, it is sufficient to point the cursor at any of them and press . The Open button can also be used.
Also the ability to open a folder with a document in the system explorer.
You can also pin documents using the corresponding buttons on the right.

The Create New Document section contains the list of prototypes, that can be used for creating new documents. For convenience, the prototypes are grouped into several tabs (Common, BOM, etc.). If you click a prototype in the list with , the system will open a window of a new document. The initial content and parameters of the resulting document coincide with content and parameters of the selected prototype. In the window of the resulting document, the system opens the same set of view windows and the same tab of the ribbon, that were open at the moment of saving the prototype. Default name of the resulting document is formed by adding an index number to the name of the selected prototype. Index numbers are counted from 1 for all documents created from this prototype within the current T-FLEX CAD session. Upon further saving of the resulting document, you may change the name, as you have to specify a path for the file to be saved.
The list of prototypes displayed on the Start Page is the simplified version of the common list of prototypes used in several commands. In addition to default prototypes supplied with T-FLEX CAD, you can create custom prototypes. Detailed information on the list of prototypes can be found in the description of the Save as Prototype command.
The section contains links to pdf-files describing new capabilities of T-FLEX CAD, list of current changes and general overview of T-FLEX products.
The section contains links to interactive tutorials providing basic information on working with T-FLEX CAD, which may be helpful for new users. The tutorial is available in two versions: local (requiring installation onto the current machine) and online (hosted on product's website). There are also pdf-manuals related to T-FLEX CAD and its add-on modules.
Here you can download the sample files, libraries, etc.
The section contains links to various T-FLEX CAD related websites and technical support.
