Arrows of Dimension

In the Arrows tab of the Dimension command's parameters window you can set parameters of arrows displayed at the start and end of dimension line.

The tab is split into two columns: the left column is related to the starting arrow, the right column - to the ending one. Following parameters are available for each arrow:

•Type of arrow
Can be selected from the drop-down list.

Arrow type of level markers cannot be changed.

•Size
Can be typed in via keyboard. If a size value is displayed in square brackets, then it is inherited from document parameters (Document Parameters > Page > Lines > Line Style > Arrow (End) Size).

•Clear
Background clearing under the arrow.

 

Button swaps start and end arrow parameters.

You can set parameters of a particular arrow in the special toolbar that appears after clicking button under the arrow in drawing or 3D window.

/ button toggles the background clearing.

/ button toggles the toolbar's way of operation between editing parameters of a single arrow and editing parameters of both arrows simultaneously. Enabling the both arrows editing automatically sets for the opposite arrow same parameters as set for the current one. This button doesn't affect the parameters window's way of operation.
