Saving Variations to T-FLEX DOCs

Предыдущая страницаВ началоСледующая страница

Variations of an assembly created in T-FLEX CAD can be saved to T-FLEX DOCs as separate product structures in the DOCsPESdataset20x20 Product Structure dataset.

In order to transfer variation's part number correctly, an application integration rule associating the DOCs Part Number parameter with the CAD Compound Part No. parameter should be created. This action requires administrator rights in DOCs.

Variations are saved to DOCs using the SavePStoDOCs20x20 Save Product to T‑FLEX DOCs command.

In the first window invoked by the command, specify the product compositions of variations to be saved.

The same component may have different position numbers in different representations of the same product composition. For such cases, there is the Position column drop-down list, where you can select a column of CAD product composition to be used as source of position numbers for the DOCs product structure. If you want to save both representations to DOCs create different DOCs product structures for them.

35_Variations1

First a product structure of base variation will be saved.

35_Variations2

Then structures of -01, -02, etc. variations will be saved sequentially.

35_Variations3

When saving structures of -01, -02, etc. variations, corresponding objects will be created in the DOCsPESdataset20x20 Product Structure dataset and linked with the base variation.
