Integration allows to exchange data between T-FLEX DOCs and T-FLEX CAD, synchronize parameters of product set in T-FLEX CAD with parameters set in T-FLEX DOCs, perform group development of a product by a team of several engineers working simultaneously.
In order to use the integration you must install on your device a T-FLEX CAD and a T-FLEX DOCs Client and connect the Client to the T-FLEX DOCs Server.
The process of installing a T-FLEX DOCs Client and connecting it to the Server is described in the T-FLEX DOCs Help.
Within the integration mode additional commands and windows for working with data on T-FLEX DOCs server are available in the T-FLEX CAD. They are described in subsequent sections of this help chapter.
At any moment within the integration mode you can open a T-FLEX DOCs client from T-FLEX CAD using the following command:

By default, parameters of new T-FLEX CAD documents and types of various 2D elements are stored in local files within the CAD installation folder. In the integration mode you can use files stored at DOCs server for this purpose. More information on this subject can be found in the Files. System Options section.
