|
Keyboard |
Textual Menu |
<3AS> |
View > Section |
The command is also available in the View toolbar and in the contextual menu, invoked by right-clicking an empty space of the 3D scene in the command standby mode. Calling the command invokes the list of all 3D Sections available in the current document. If the command is called via keyboard, then the list of sections is displayed in the separate dialog window. If the command is called in any other way, the the list of sections drops down from the command's button and additionally contains the command for creating a new 3D Section. In order to apply a section, enable its checkbox in the list, in order to misapply - disable the checkbox. Upon applying a section, bodies in 3D scene are displayed without part cut-off by the section. Parameters of displaying the section's result and bodies to be cut are defined individually for each section.
Alternatively, the command can be called from the contextual menu of a 3D section. In such case, the list of sections is not displayed, so the command instantly applies or misapplies the selected section. When the section is applied, the command's button is highlighted in its contextual menu. In 3D model tree icon of applied section is different from icons of non-applied sections .
