Automatic creation of 
constraints and 
automatic creation of 
dimensions are available during creation of sketch elements.
Both automatic creation and manual creation of dimensions may result in creating either informational or driving dimesnions, depending on the status of the 
driving dimensions creation mode.
The 
Find and Infer Constraints command allows you to auto-apply constraints and driving dimensions to already created sketch elements.
