This command is the simplified version of the Copy with Symmetry command. Unlike the latter, the Symmetry of Lines lacks common options of move and copy commands, quick switching between those commands and selection of source elements other than graphic lines and 2D nodes.
For example, we will have a sketch containing sketch lines of various types. To perform symmetry, it is necessary to select the lines that need to be symmetrically copied. You may select lines first and then call Symmetry of Lines command. Other way, you may call the command and then select required lines. In the second case, you will need to confirm the selection ( or <Ctrl + Enter>). The selection is performed as described in the Select 2D Elements for Moving and Copying section.
After the necessary lines have been selected and confirmed (<Ctrl>+<Enter>), two points should be set on the drawing that define the line of symmetry. You can set them using , or you can enter the exact coordinates in the parameters window. When inputting coordinates, you can use hot keys and checkboxes fixing values.
When selecting points, all standard snappings are enabled. The dynamic preview of the operation result is displayed during selection of the second point.
