Prototype of Legacy BOM

Предыдущая страницаВ началоСледующая страница

A BOM prototype is a drawing containing a BOM table with a set of columns and other properties. Since the prototype is not an assembly drawing, the BOM table does not contain any entries. The text and table formatting parameters set in the prototype will determine the graphic form of the BOM created on its basis.

When creating a BOM by prototype, the table from the prototype gets copied into new or current document and filled with product composition data.

Default BOM prototypes supplied with T-FLEX CAD are stored in the ...\Program\Template\BOM folder. You may also create custom prototypes. Custom prototypes are stored in the folder specified in system options (Options > Bill of Materials > Folders > BOM Prototypes). By default it is a folder within the common folder of custom prototypes used in several commands. Detailed information on prototypes folders can be found in the description of the SaveAsProto20x02 Save as Prototype command. You can specify any other folder as BOM prototypes folder using system options

If you need to make changes to the BOM prototype, open it as the current document and use the options for editing the BOM  and editing the BOM table.
