A BOM prototype contains a table that specifies the dimensions and formatting options of the BOM table. When creating a BOM, the table is copied from the prototype file.
This table can be edited using the Edit Template command. The command is available for selection:
•in the BOM editing mode in the ribbon;
•in command-waiting mode when selecting the text from which the BOM was created and pressing the right mouse button from the context menu.
In table editing mode, the Text ribbon tab and automenu options become available.
You can change the row height and/or column width using the mouse (point the cursor to the border line and, after changing the cursor shape, move the mouse with the left button pressed) or by specifying exact values in the table parameters.
The following options are available in the automenu:
<F9> |
||
<F10> |
||
<F11> |
||
<Ctrl>+<F11> |
For a BOM based on paragraph text, an option is added:
<Ctrl>+<F5> |
This option opens a dialog box to set the coordinates of the window and select the actions of the system in a situation where the text does not fit into the rectangle in height (width).
For more information, see Change paragraph size parameters.
For multiline text, icons are added to determine how the text area is bound.:
