The parameters dialog of a drawing view can be invoked in one of the following ways:
•by double-clicking the view in Model Elements window;
•from the contextual menu, invoked by clicking the inactive view in 2D or 3D view window or in Model Elements window;
•from the automenu of the Edit Drawing View command.
The set of available parameters is always the same, regardless of the type of view and method of view creation. It includes the following parameters:
Page
The name of the view page. In order to switch the page, use the view editing command.
Scale
Scale of view elements on the view page.
Drawing Scale
Scale of displaying the view content on the page the view is placed on.
Detailed information on scales can be found in the Scale of Drawing View section.
Rotation Angle
Angle of rotating the view around its fixing point. The positive angle direction is counterclockwise. When using fixing vector for view positioning, angle value is non-editable, as it is defined by the specified vector.
Clip Image
If the checkbox is enabled, the content of the view page outside the view boundaries is not displayed in the page the view is placed on.
Scale Lines
If the checkbox is enabled, thickness of graphic lines in the view is scaled in accordance with the value of the Drawing Scale parameter.
Show Border
If the checkbox is enabled, view boundaries are displayed, regardless of whether the view is active or not. If the checkbox is disabled, view boundaries are displayed only for active view.
Hiding the constructions hides boundaries of inactive views, regardless of the status of this checkbox.
Level
The visibility level of the view (see the Level section).
Layer
The layer the view belongs to (see the Layer section).
Priority
The view display priority (see the Priority section).
Set as Default
If you enable this checkbox and press OK, the specified values of parameters will be used as defaults for all views of all types created further.
