Contextual Menu of Report/BOM

This section describes contextual menu of reports/BOMs created by template. Contextual menu of BOMs created by prototype is described in the Contextual Menu of Legacy BOM section.

Pressing within bounding rectangle of a report/BOM table outside its content editing mode invokes the following contextual menu:

Within the table content editing mode the same action invokes the contextual menu of the content containing different set of commands.

In addition to commands common for all 2D elements, the contextual menu of a report table contains the same commands, as the contextual menu of multiline text, paragraph text and usual table, and following report-specific commands:

Update report
Updates the selected report in accordance with the current values of product composition data.

Report Parameters
Invokes the report parameters dialog.

Edit Report Template
Launches editing of the report template using the Text editor. Thus, you can change the nomenclature of product composition date included into the report and the layout of the report table. Editing is performed similarly to creation of a new template.

Changes made using this command are kept, only if the report is located On existing page and the Edited Template checkbox is enabled in report generator parameters.

Export table to Excel
Exports the report table to *.xls or *.xlsx format. Upon calling the command, the standard file selection dialog appears, where you should specify name, location and format of the resulting file.
