Graphic Lines

Graphic lines are the base graphic elements that constitute the drawing image. They are the ones that are printed on paper. The analogy for the graphic lines found in conventional drafting are the lines drawn in ink. Graphic lines are created based on construction lines and nodes.

Graphic lines can be created using following commands:

Graphic Line
Graphic lines follow the shape of existing construction lines or go straight between 2D nodes.

Sketch
Graphic lines may either have no links to other drawing elements or use 2D nodes as support geometry. Use Constraints to assign geometric relationships between sketch lines.

2D Projection
Graphic lines are projections of 3D elements.

Fragment
Graphic lines of a drawing are inserted into another drawing.

After creating graphic lines, you can add drawing detailing elements.
