In order to edit a hatch contour, select a hatch in the editing command and activate the following automenu option:

Contour edit mode

When this option is active, pressing mouse left within drawing window selects the nearest contour of the current hatch and launches editing of such contour. If the contour was defined via automatic search, or if the current hatch is created automatically in the Projection20x20 2D Projection command, or if it is a copy of an another hatch, the automenu will only contain the following options:

Delete selected Contour

Cancel selection

If the current contour is defined manually, then, upon its selection, the system launches editing of its nearest segment. The selected segment is indicated by thicker highlighting. In such case, the automenu may additionally contain following options:

Switch to "Insert Point" mode

Change Contour Direction

PathMoveForvard

Move Contour starting point forward

PathMoveBack

<B>

Move Contour starting point backward

LineDiagonal

Straighten Contour Segment

Change arc direction

Link Arc or Circle to Node

Break Link with 2D Node

Then you can perform one of the following actions:

change position of one of the points of the selected segment;

add a new point, thus splitting the current segment;

change direction of the contour and numbering of its points;

change shape of the selected segment.

Segments defined via graphic lines cannot be edited.
