Parameters Dialog of 2D Projection

Setting parameters of 2D projection during its creation and editing is performed in the parameters window.

In addition, at any time you can call the parameters dialog from the contextual menu of projection using the Parameters... command, or from the automenu of projection creation and editing commands using the following option:

2D Projection parameters dialog may contain following tabs:

•General
Contains same parameters as the General Parameters tab of the 2D Projection command's parameters window. Unlike the latter, the dialog does not contain buttons of projection types. Only the current type is displayed, so you can't change it.
Also, the tab contains generic system parameters such as Name, Layer, Level and Priority.

•Additional
Contains same parameters as Additional Parameters and Options tabs of the 2D Projection command's parameters window.

•Projection Elements
Contains same parameters as the Elements tab of the 2D Projection command's parameters window.

•Lines
Contains same parameters as the Lines tab of the 2D Projection command's parameters window.

•Sections
This tab only appears if some sections are applied to the projection. It contains same parameters as the Elements tab of the 2D Projection command's parameters window.

•Breaks
Contains same parameters as the Breaks tab of the 2D Projection command's parameters window.

•Exclusions
The content of this tab is described in the Exclusions for Elements of 2D Projection section.

Moreover, regardless of the active tab, the Set as default checkbox is available at the bottom of the dialog. If you enable it and click OK, then values of the Layer, Level, Priority parameters, most of the parameters located in the Additional and Lines tabs and most of the view style options will be applied by default to all projections created in future in the current document.

 

Some of the parameters are also available in the Parameters window upon selecting one or several projections in 2D window or in model tree.
